Organic meat of selected quality

Our controls start at the fattening farm: We ensure that all animals are fed with milk until the third month of life, kept in species-appropriate conditions (airy, bright stables and sufficient outdoor space), and fattened slowly.
For this purpose, we work with long-standing, selectively chosen partner farms.
